Walker's Checklist
Don't forget to bring the signed Kit Declaration Sheet(s) on the day!
If entering for more than one person please pass a Kit Declaration Sheet to each person you've entered and ask them to complete the KDS and bring on the day.
The completed KDS must be handed in at the
'Registration Desk'.
